    • Monitored calls and monthly performance evaluations

    • We have Coaches and Mentors to ensure productivity.

    • Weekly / bi-weekly / monthly touch base sessions with clients to discuss VA performance

    • Screen Meter Time Tracking tool availability

    • If VA's performance proves to be unsatisfactory, we would provide a replacement VA and ensure that the transition or transfer of roles would be smooth and hassle - free without extra charges.

      Invoice for the VA is billed via PAYONEER showing the number of hours they have worked for the week prior.

      VA is paid on a weekly basis.
